"The stay was really good. The appartment is in a great location for anything."

"This is not a new apartment. But the owner maintained the room clean. The room was decorated with some sewing stuffs (guessing owner family’s hobby)😊 While it has shadow, we enjoyed coffee time at a balcony in the morning. We could use a parking lot in front of the apartment and walked to center of Rovinj (took about 20min+, it was dark in the night). Overall, we had good stays here."

"This is a very well run property and super clean. My only thing I’d say is the shower is on the small size, so if you are a big person, you might find it challenging. Love my stay there, def recommend it. "

"For us it was the perfect base to spend our vacation in croatia and explore istria and we loved especially the little garden under olive trees and the surroundings. Living in a quiet environment and being in Pula city centre within 5-8 minutes by car. The hosts are very nice and it was an overall pleasant stay! We can definitely recommend it :)"

"Had a great stay here for five nights. Mario, Mira, and family are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We had a welcome dinner, got a box of vegetables from Mario’s garden, and were invited to his granddaughters’ birthday party (it was on the property one day), and to a village festival right nearby. "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was spacious and our host was fantastic. She left a yummy breakfast for us and was more than willing to help us when we needed it. The area was great! Most things are in walking distance and we found some good restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. "

"The property was very clean, well equipped and in a good location. Host provided a welcome bottle of wine & chocolate, also tea & coffee which was lovely. Netflix was provided but very difficult to watch as internet not strong enough to support the program. Spent more time looking at the wheel spinning around trying to load the program than actually watching any shows!"

"Moc milý hostitel, velmi dobrá komunikace, podrobné informace o městě a okolí, skvělé tipy na výlety. Apartmán byl čistý, prostorný, plně vybavený, fotografie odpovídají realitě. Poměr ceny a kvality ubytování je vyvážený. Co se týká lokality, jedná se o klidnou část města v blízkosti místního trhu a různých obchodů, cca 20-30 min. chůze od centra. Mám ale zcela nevyhovovala. I když nám dojíždění na pláž nevadilo (cca 15 min. autem) a počítali jsme s tím, chyběla nám vždy po příjezdu z pláže do...

"Wir bedanken uns für den perfekten kurz Urlaub. Der ort umag ist sehr schön. zu Fuß ist der schöne sandstrand in 20 min zu erreichen. Der hafen und die Restaurants laden zum flanieren ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist super sauber und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Ein toller Urlaub"

"Three of us stayed in Cord's apartment for a week in Peroj. The apartment was in a wonderful location, not only for the view but also for the perfect central hub to see all in the Istrian peninsula that we wanted to see. Having the washer in the unit was a much appreciated amenity along with a well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to visiting the area again in the future, hopefully in the summer. Thank you/danke Cord!"

"We loved the property in the old town. The lighting at the entrance was a little unnerving but with phone lights it was manageable. Suggest a timed light at the bottom. The location was perfect for the wedding we were there to attend. Thank you."
