The location of this property was excellent. Very close to great restaurants and bars and many of the tourist attractions. Transit is very close by as well. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed them. Felt we got good value overall.

Good place to stay. Close location to the Center, to metro, etc. Rooms are good but some equipment doesn’t work well (high shower didn’t work). It’s our second time in this hotel and we definitely will stay there again as it is optimal cost/quality rate.

We had a fantastic three-night stay here (£205), made truly special by the incredible team—especially Onder. From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome and attention to detail stood out. Onder was simply amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always happy to go the extra mile. He really made us feel at home. The room itself was stylish, spotless, and comfy, with a great mini-bar, quiet air con, and a handy elevator for easy access (a bonus with luggage!). A couple of small tweaks—like slow Wi-Fi at peak times and more hot breakfast options—would make it flawless, but Onder’s kindness turned these into minor blips. We’ll absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel for its heartfelt, top-notch service

Collage Pera Hotel a Unique Boutique experience.

If you're looking for a quaint, boutique hotel with an accommodating staff that is walkable to retail and dining, THIS is the place to stay. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for its service and location. The staff was very friendly. Onder was extremely helpful from the moment I booked the reservation until the moment we left. He contacted me several weeks in advance to ensure our accommodations would be satisfactory since my husband uses a wheelchair and cane. Additionally, he arranged transportation from airport to hotel, then hotel to Port of Istanbul. The food was uniquely Turkish and the rooms were clean. The best part was the location. Despite my husband needing the use of a cane, we were able to walk a few blocks to many, many dining and shopping options. Thank you, Onder and Unik (?) for our wonderful stay in Istanbul.

The best part of my experience at the Collage Pera were my interactions with the staff. Ismael and Yunus were particularly friendly and hospitable. Both answered all of our questions thoughtfully and ensured we had the best experience of Istanbul. Transportation to Istanbul airport was arranged by the staff, making our trip that much less stressful. Taxi was a fair price. We got the offer for an Upgrade to our room. We agreed. Room was located to the backyard. One of the ugliest saddest views ever. The same view had to be endured during breakfast. Apart from that the smell of fried fat entered the room every evening despite closed windows. One good thing was the location: Central, urban, vivid neighbourhood

Its has a very convenient location. Its next to istiklal street and shishane metro station. Theres a very cool night life around it but the rooms are still quiet, clean and relaxing.

Very pleasant stay

Was apprehensive before leaving but this is a very good hotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite, so plenty of room with the kids. Breakfast was okay and all of us found something to eat. Very conveniently located and close to amenities. Our room was at the back but we could hear faint music until around midnight on 2 of the 4 nights we stayed but it wasn't as bad I expected. Special thanks to Onder, who couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you to you and your staff for making it a pleasant stay.

WISH I COULD GIVE A MILLION STARS, By far best hotel I’ve been to in terms of the staff and help they gave us, it is a small hotel 4 floors each around 5 rooms each floor, new, rooms are huge with a bed and separate area with couch and sitting area and a full huge bathroom. Regarding the staff they are very helpful, once I needed to buy a gift and the reception walked with me outside and brang me to the place I could buy it, they gave us transit cards, they booked the taxi to the airport and at the last minute when we were supposed to go we figured we needed 2 taxis and they arranged it very fast for us. The breakfast is free and has a normal variety. The area is perfect in Beyoglu which is between Taksim and Sultanahmet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I’m requesting for refund for the two nights that we were staying due to the fact that this hotel it’s not a 4 stars hotel it should be considered a two star hotel. They have disco downstairs with the music on until three in the morning very noisy the lobby smells the toilet was leaking Carpet was all dirty pretty much very old hotel and the money was not worth it to spend so please make sure I get my refund back. Thank you greatly appreciate it.

This is a joke of a hotel. The rooms are in a run down condition. We booked a SUPERIOR room and were given one with a window that opens to a maintenance shaft. Hence, no window. We had to pay extra to be upgraded. Breakfast is a hostel standard one. Rotten apples. Unwashed cucumbers with mud on them. The cleaning of the room usually took few minutes and consists of changing towels. The staff at the front desk seem to have a side scam business going on. They book you a cab and collect the money in advance. This means that they take their cut from the taxi driver. They tried to take our train card telling us that it will expire in less than a month. We've been coming to Istanbul for years and been using the same card. Hence, another scam. Final word of advice, stay away of this hotel.
