"I had an excellent stay at Centro WestSide by Rotana. The highlight of my visit was the spacious Centro Corner suite, which offered plenty of space to relax and a beautiful city view. The large bathtub was a wonderful addition and made the stay feel even more luxurious. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend Centro WestSide by Rotana to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again."

"I would not recommend this hotel to any one I’ve been staying here for the past 4 years this year hit breaking point last Yh I had a issue with the shower ceiling paint started leaking changed room issue resolved this year I had to call reception for clean towels twice. The safe would not open had an issue had to call 3 times in the space of a hour. The shower was overflowing outside the door clearly the seals was not maintained my partner slipped on that water chipper her toe which started bleeding went to concierge for a plaster only to be told they had none left how can a hotel have no plasters left. On another issue the hairdryer had its wall socked ripped off can be missed fair I took it down to reception a new1 came but they didn’t even test it and that was not working after all these issues only thing was a sorry but nothing resolved only positive thing was the spa massage and the Chinese restaurant part of hotel everything else disgrace don’t recommend to anyone."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable with good options, and the service throughout my stay was smooth. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"The front desk and restaurant staff were excellent. I had read some reviews on the rooms not being very nice so I paid for a superior room, hoping to avoid that. That was not to be the case. There was a lamp that was missing off of the desk hutch, many stains on the carpet and the bathroom definitely needs updating."
