"Overall t was an excellent stay and would have no hesitation going back. I could nitpick a few minor items but the place is lovely, and the staff was great, The only major thing that people should know is that the cabins are right next to a cowshed and sometimes not always, the you ger a whiff from the cows."

"The room was disappointing. There were no usb outlets for charging phones. The outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom was way back under the vanity-impossible for us to reach. The 2 glass doors to the bathroom made it difficult to leave a light on during the night."
"I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and would not recommend it to anyone.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was filthy when I arrived. The towels, bed sheets, floor, and other surfaces were covered with hair. The sheets appeared to be unwashed, and the entire bed was in a shocking condition. There were crumbs and debris underneath the mattress protector, and both the mattress protector and bedding were stained with substances I could not identify. The overall level of hygiene was honestly disgusting. I took photos of the towels, sheets, stains, and room conditions because I could hardly believe what I was seeing.
When I asked to have the room cleaned or to be moved to another room, I was told that all the rooms were the same. Despite repeatedly requesting cleaning during my stay, it never happened. I eventually had to obtain clean sheets myself.
The hotel is also extremely noisy. While it is located in the center of Jerusalem, there is constant traffic noise and beeping from the street. The windows provide very poor sound insulation, making it difficult to rest or sleep.
The staff seemed to be doing the bare minimum. Even during the week, when the hotel did not appear particularly busy, basic requests were ignored.
Another concern is safety. The room doors do not have an internal security latch or chain. The door can be opened with a key, but there is no additional lock from the inside that guests can use for their own peace of mind.

"The hotel was good, we stayed in interconnecting rooms with our two young children and the rooms were clean. The pool is lovely and warm. The breakfast is extortionate and not as good as other local hotels especially for children. The location is great. Our floor smelt of smoke regularly and nothing was done about this. There’s no water available in the gym. It’s unlikely we’d return."
"Stayed for one night on a business trip.
The hotel was clean, parking was readily available, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The room was comfortable and functional for a short stay. On the downside, the overall design and decor feel noticeably outdated, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel. Overall, a reasonable choice for a business stay, but the property would benefit from modernization."
"Excellent place to stay while visiting Jerusalem. The staff and service were excellent. Quite elegance for those in the know this is the place to go. Can’t wait to come stay here again. Special thank you goes to the front desk staff who made the check-in experience after a long flight a seamless experience. The room was nice and nicely finished though the shower got some getting used too. The food and especially the breakfast are a must."
"Room was not serviced daily had same sheets for 5 days and housekeeping doesn't sweep the room. If you make reservation make sure room is not prepaid there are no refunds"
"The reception guy was very nosey and to much in our business he should ask if we’re staying or going and ask anything that doesn’t pertain to the checking in or out of the hostel . The storage locker shouldn’t be used for bikes and scooters they take up to much space and make it really hard for the gust to get in and out of they’re luggage it should be for luggage only . There should be a separate space for ebike and scooters and bikes period . Not piled up all over people luggage and making things hard for other guest . Management please make these changes for the good of all the guest there at the hostel"
