"The hotel is DATED! The rooms are old, old carpet. The room smelled so closed in. The chair in the room looked like it was from the 70s. The refrigerator and microwave are literally housed 2 feet from the bathroom! The closet smelled moldy and mildewey. The lighting was terrible. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to nearby attractions. Will not be staying again. "

"This hotel exceeded my expectations! VERY clean and the amenities in it were so useful. You have a Starbucks, a quick service restaurant and pizza delivery to your room! What else could you want. The shuttle service to the parks were great and quick. It is within walking distance to a lot of places to eat as well. I will def be staying here again. "

"The air conditioning didn’t work correctly in our room and couldn’t be adjusted and our blinds were broken and couldn’t fully shut. When the maintenance man came, he fixed the blinds but acted flustered about the thermostat not working correctly and just left the room saying an HVAC guy will have to be called. No one ever came. In addition, our carpeting in our room was filthy and our room smelled musty. It was a big disappointment for the kind of money we paid. "

"Room was clean, really wish the indoor water area opened earlier as we paid resort fees but the kids only got two hours total to play. First night we had no water so no working toilet, shower, etc. Staff was very nice, but our overall experience wasn’t what I expected. Might give it a second chance depending on our schedule next time we’re in Orlando. "
