"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"The property was dirty, linen, pillows & doona was awful, thin, stained & looked dirty with no top sheet, pillow or mattress protectors, couch was filthy covered in unknown stains, no soap, shampoo or toaster. All the furniture was shabby, worn & dirty. "From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful—spotless and stylish—and honestly cleaner than the 4-star hotel we stayed in the night before! The staff were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely awesome, full of flavor and beautifully presented. The whole place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!"
