"Everything was great. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We loved walking to the beach every day. Its in a nice location that isnt too busy, but close enough to go to clearwater beach if you want. "

"Dave was very quick to respond to any queries, and always very helpful. Bungalow is super cute and in a great location, about a 32 second walk to the beach (depending on how long your legs are and how fast you walk)."

"We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. The house truly had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. It’s a quick 30-second walk to the beach, which was uncrowded and spacious—such a treat. The beach setup was fantastic: six chairs, beach towels, plenty of sand toys, and a wagon to easily haul everything down.The home was fully stocked for cooking, including a grill, and having a washer, dryer, and coffee maker made everything so convenient. The pool was a huge bonus and surprisingly warm—even with outside temps around 52 degrees, our kids happily swam every day. We also loved being within walking distance to DJ’s Clam Shack (best lobster roll we’ve ever had!).Steve was an outstanding host—when we unexpectedly ran out of toilet paper, he was there within 20 minutes to help us out, which we really appreciated.Our only very minor notes were that there wasn’t a towel hook right outside the shower door and there were no washcloths in the master bathroom, but these were small things in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!"

" The pictures don’t do this property justice. The bedrooms are huge, the sofa is leather (different/better than picture), there are 3 bathrooms, there is a private garage with all the beach amenities—boogie boards, skim boards, sea kayak, beach wagon). Really nice space for our family of 6!"

"My third stay here. Alway pleasant, the rooms have always been clean and beautifully decorated. Love the Salt Rock Grill next door. Also love being close to the ocean and the inlet. Centered between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Quiet, relaxing, perfect for us."

"This place was amazing!! It had everything we needed. We stayed during Christmas and there were 2 little trees for us to enjoy and a cute little candle holder that was a perfect little addition to our Christmas breakfast! We stayed as a family of 4 and had plenty of space! The place was super clean well stocked with dishes and a great selection of pots and pans. The location was perfect!! You can see the ocean out of all of the front windows and you can see the inner coastal view from the dinning room window. "

"We had a great time! The property is just as described! We were not able to control the thermostat and it did get a little muggy but coming from Pennsylvania to Florida in December. The weather was great so we didn't really mind. The passcodes also need to be updated for a few doors. They were wrong on check in sheet but other guests helped with that so it worked out. The beach is right there and absolutely beautiful!! We had a great stay thank you so much!!"
