Good find!

Our regular annual IRB rental unavailable due to storm damage. Mark’s place was a lucky find. Excellent proximity to the beach - including the pedestrian crosswalk - as well as restaurants. The house was freshly renovated and spotless. A great place for a couple plus one!

Clean - 300 steps from the beach

Very clean -nice pickle ball courts across the road if you play - quiet neighborhood with people walking every morning- when you walk back from the beach a shower (and foot shower) in the back patio before you enter the side door is a nice touch - washer and dryer in the back building- very clean with A/C heater units in each so you can control your sleeping temperature- very were very quiet and efficient- definitely will stay again

Perfect location for small family

It was a perfect location within walking distance of so many great places and the beach. Very peaceful. The outdoor space was fabulous too. It was simple & relaxing.

A few corks in this little house, but nothing that you can’t work with. Location is perfect and a very short walk of one block to the beach!

Mark’s beach cottage is so comfortable, cute and clean! One short block to the beach, restaurants within walking distance and the best breakfast spot/market 5 min walk away. Beds are comfortable, good AC, beach chairs, beach towels. We hope to return, we had such a fantastic vacation! Thank you Mark!

Great family vacation

The check in process so so easy, Mark sent us the info and it went so smoothly parking and getting unloaded. All we needed to worry about was getting some snack food and what we wanted to drink. The location is right across from tennis/ pickleball courts, basketball courts, play ground, and skate park. City Hall is right there, the library, and an Art Center. You can walk to a couple of restaurants, a strip mall and to the beach. You have a lot of things you can do because of where the house is located. The house was very clean, there were towels, blankets, pillows, and throw blankets. We brought our dog and cat and they didn’t have any problems enjoyed the neighborhood as well. The floors and baseboards are very clean as well as the rest of the house. We really enjoyed about our stay at the beach house.

Great Spot

It was a great place to stay for my son so I could give him a great first-time experience in Florida. Access to the beach was great, and restaurants within walking distance were good and had great service. Mark was very quick to respond to any needs. Great Host!

Great little place

The house was super cute. We were only 2 blocks from the beach and local restaurants. It was perfect. It was a very hot vacation so the ac units had to work very hard to keep it cool.

Great location

The house is in a great location steps from the beach access, restaurants in walking distance. A park across the street in a very nice and secure neighborhood. The area is quiet and beach is not overly crowded. The house is small but tidy and quaint. Older with minimal luxury but nicely remodeled, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Great outdoor area too. Very much enjoyed this place.

There’s so much I could say about this little house. It has everything you need for a short vacation the contact Marc was available when I locked myself out of the house within five minutes. Two minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance. Also, the place was immaculate when I checked in I will definitely try and this place next year.

Cute cottage near the beach and park

Not real big, this place was perfect for two couples and a small dog. Recently remodeled with new kitchen,flooring, and bathroom. AC unit in each room, nice patio with table and chairs. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. City park across the street with, playground, picnic area, pickle ball and basketball courts. Has driveway parking long enough for two cars. Wish we had a longer stay. Owner was very responsive and helpful. A little more privacy for the back patio would be nice. We would stay here again.

Quiet stay

The house was clean, and most of the interior was new and renovated. However, the outdoor chairs need cleaning (we did this ourselves), and there are only three chairs available. For a beach house, we missed having beach chairs; there was only one available, but it would be nice to have at least four for a family rental.Communication with the host was a bit challenging. We received the door code only two hours before our arrival, and that was only because we asked for it. Additionally, the Wi-Fi code we were given was incorrect, and it took hours to get a response when we inquired about it.Overall, we had a nice time!

So close to the beach and what a charming home

To begin with, I really believe the best part is the three minute; three block walk to the beach. Love that the house has an outdoor shower and foot wash for when you get back from the beach. This house has everything you need and everything inside is remodeled, updated in brand new. If you are traveling with children, there is a cute little park adjacent to the house. Loved the accessibility to a washer and dryer, even though it was outside in the shed. It was great to have that amenity. There is a plenty of outdoor space and seating. I liked having a driveway to park my car. We didn’t have any problems with check-in or communicating with the rental company. I would definitely come back and rent this adorable beach cottage.

A little disappointing.

The house was a lot smaller than it looked online. No dressers in the bedrooms. I don’t think you could fit one in them anyway. We lived out of our suitcases for the week. And no central AC. And no outlet in the bathroom. Had a great time, it was very clean. But not worth 2,300 dollars. But we made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful beach retreat

Immaculate. Beach 1 1/2 blocks away with fine white sand. Motorists are very respectful of those crossing the street. Now painted grey with blue trim (not white). Not over populated as Siesta Key, but the sand is just as nice. Manager very responsive and easy to reach. Would recommend a small table and lamp near the bed in 2nd bedroom. Some are dependent upon eye glasses. Otherwise everything we nded,Tennis/pickleball courts across the street. Users are very respectful of hours 7a-9pm. I was on the beach or elsewhere during most of the hours. Several things to do within 2 hrs. My dau. flew in to Tampa. Manatees North = HomosassaSprings. Salvador Dahli museum in St. Petersberg. Download and use the free interactive site, skip the show. Tarpon Springs sponges/ great Greek food, touristy. Tampa Walking tour of Ybor City highly recommended. Cigar factory free and informative. La Sequnda bakery near by- the Best Cuban sandwich! Caladesi Island State Park-> Honey moon Island ferry OK. Great for shells as few are around. Zukies Key Lime pie the best Seek out Juicy Seafood- not cheap, but seafood boil with Cajun spice. Ask for mild. buckets/bibs gloves/varnished tables provided for the perfect boil. Enjoy the white, silky sands and calm beach
