This one-bedroom/one-bathroom cottage has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including:a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sofa bed in the living room, free Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, a Bluetooth stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower and there is a stackable washer/dryer. Fresh linens and towels are also provided.

Can't get any closer to the beach than this little gem

If you want the full Florida beach experience this is the place. Lots of seashells can be found on your daily walks, sunshine ALL DAY and the best Sunsets right out your door. Would stay there again!

We had a great week staying at Linda’s place! This was one of the most relaxing weeks my wife and I have had in a while. Her place on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to hang on the beach all day and walk 30 yards to the condo for lunch or whatever we needed.Linda’s communication is excellent. There was some work being done on the beach before we arrived and she relayed this information before we arrived. We look forward to planning our next trip to her lovely place on the beach!

Amazing and restful stay

Exceeded my expectations. It had everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable queen size bed, beach towels and washer and dryer. Check-in, communication, cleanliness were perfect. The beautiful sandy beach with afternoon sunsets were just steps away from the cottage.

Great place

We enjoyed staying at the cottage as it had very easy access to the beach. In the morning, I could sit on the lounge chair and have my coffee with my feet in the sand!. It was easy to get into and out of as the traffic light was a great landmark. The facility was small, compact with everything needed to make a great stay.

Easiest beach access ever!

We stayed for a week and had a great time! Taking everything to the beach is normally such a hassle but that wasn’t the case here. I think that was my favorite part! Plus, the beautiful views!

Just walk out your door and you’re on the beach! Unit has been remodeled and was very comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing stay on the beach. Close to the restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed our stay, will come again.

Awesome place

We absolutely loved this place. It was very quiet and very beautiful. We could see the water from the window. We really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch, listening to the wave, the kids loved playing in the sand right outside the door.

Best location ever!

You can't beat the location of this unit. The views are completely amazing. It was clean and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation from beach chairs and umbrellas to a stocked kitchen ( if you're one of those crazy people that cook on vacation). Cheking in is amazingly simple. This is the second time we've stayed there and can't wait to go back!
