Walk to Beach, restaurants and shops “The Estate” a truly vintage home

Island Rum Suites newest addition is this adorable 1950's vacation home super close to Indian Rocks Beach, nature parks, a water park, boating, marinas, bike trails, bars, pubs, restaurants and shopping.
We were able to keep the original pine cabinets, tile and terrazzo floors have been just refinished.
There is free WiFi.....BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV in the living room with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu, HBOGO, etc.
Guests have plenty of parking for 2 cars off the street and free of charge.
Guest can enjoy the beautiful morning and evening skies from the front yard and patio under the carport.
The Estate has a full kitchen with everything you need for a quick weekend get-a-way or a few months in the winter. It also has 2 king beds, washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach and bath towels, beach wagon, charcoal grill, patio and bed linens are all included.
A perfect location, great neighborhood, its quiet and most residents have lived here for years.
We have been known as clean freaks since we wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between each guest, so you can rest easy knowing this!

Timeless comfort

Had a great two night stay! Was not aware the laundry facilities were shared with another unit but otherwise everything was exactly as pictured and described. Such a cute and quiet street.

Close to everything!

Great house in a lovely neighborhood! Very clean and close to shopping and restaurants. Short ride to the beach. Loved the nature park that is minutes away. Communication with owner was excellent.

House was very clean & the host was very helpful. Easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze. The location and beach accessories made a trip to the beaches very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Great location to explore area

Very quiet area. Great yard. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Except umbrellas which we left some for future guests. The local parks close to the house are wonderful. Needed more time to explore them though.

A real home away from home

We have had the privilege of staying at Lynne's properties before and did not hesitate to book with her again. She must have been a girl scout, because she literally thinks of every little thing that one might need. The home is spotless, comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet. It is walking distance to the beach. Thanks for a great stay & you know we'll be back

Wonderful Month at "The Estate"

The month we spend here was very enjoyable. The "estate" was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and we were in a nice quite nieghbourhood. The kitchen was very well equipped and the home was spacious. Lynne was very approachable and prompt to respond to our questions. A great host! We were a short 3 minute drive to the beach but the challenge was to find parking or a 20 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Lynne!

Clean, quiet, good location.

The house was very quiet and clean, which is important to me. The only discouraging thing was that the fees were very expensive and almost totaled the amount I paid for the house. If I paid better attention, I probably would not have rented the house based on the cost of all the fees, which included an automatic damage fee of $59 and a $100 cleaning fee. Being by myself and someone that is very neat and mindful of someone’s property, this was a lot of money to pay.

Cute vacation rental for my birthday weekend

Nice original 50's decor with all the updates and necessities for your travel needs. Close to all the amenities beach, shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property and host. Looking forward to coming again :)

Wonderful location; great host!

This charming place was just what we needed. Host was accomodating and readily available. We appreciate that the kitchen had a nice collection of herbs and spices, and that there were plenty of paper products for our 3 weeks. Thanks, Lynne for our wonderful stay and for the rum cake!

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice decorations, appreciated the use of the washer/dryer. The property manager was very courteous. I only wished that the air conditioner would go lower than 70, it was warm at night. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

FANTASTIC last minute long weekend

I booked this property very last minute to make it to the funeral of a family member (while also intending to enjoy FL beaches during the trip) and I am so very glad I decided to book this location! We LOVED that it was within walking distance of Indian Rocks Beach, and the property was everything we could have asked for. The wagon, beach chairs and towels were so helpful. I would love to stay here again!
