INCREDIBLE VALUE!! 4 bedroom 2 full bath HEATED SWIMMING POOL ( heated pool starts Oct 15 and runs seasonally thru April 15 ) home with Tiki hut, fire pit and fenced yard is yours to use! Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

The pool area has beautiful market lights And the pool itself has a light. Turn these on at night it looks gorgeous!

✔️BEDROOM 1- master bedroom. King bed. Attached bathroom with shower toilet vanity. Walk-in closet, ceiling fan Bed is soft and cloud like. Mattress topper can be removed for a stiffer bed feel underneath.

✔️ BEDROOM2- Large bedroom. King bed. Office desk and chair. Smart TV, ceiling fan. Bed is soft and cloud like. Mattress topper can be removed for a stiffer bed underneath.

✔️BEDROOM 3- king bed. Soft and cloud like. Ceiling fan, smart TV , walk in closet. Mattress topper can be removed for a stiffer feeling bed underneath.

✔️BEDROOM 4- queen bed. Soft and cloud like. Ceiling fan, smart TV , walk in closet. Mattress topper can be removed for a stiff or feeling bed underneath.

✔️KITCHEN- stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite. Fully stocked with tons of spices, cooking oil, 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker, filters, sugar, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Tea kettle, blender, toaster, waffle maker, tons of pots, pans, coffee, cups, wine, glasses, martini, glasses, regular cups plate, silverware, cookware.

✔️ BATHROOM 1- shower, toilet , vanity with toilet paper, hairdryer, curling, iron, flat iron. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, mail, female, body wash Q-tips cotton balls. This bathroom is private and attached to the master bedroom.

✔️BATHROOM 2- common bathroom . Bathtub with shower head. Toilet, vanity. This bathroom also contains a hairdryer, curly iron, toilet paper, Q-tips, cotton balls, full size, shampoo, conditioner, male, female, body wash.

✔️ LIVING ROOM- beautiful fireplace accent wall with electric fireplace and huge 65 inch smart TV. Coffee table contains games like sorry, trouble, clue, playing cards. The living room has two large couches that open up in the queen beds. . TV has basic cable. Several apps are already loaded.

✔️POOL- nice sized chlorine based water swimming pool. Shallow 3 1/2 feet deep end 6 feet. The swimming pool is heated October 15 to April 15 seasonally. Free no extra charge. The pool area has seating, and a nice screened in cage around it to keep your outdoor experience. Bug free! Beautiful market lights and POOL LIGHT make this area shine at night!

✔️ BACKYARD- completely fenced in. Perfect for those of you. Coming with pets. Nice little little tiki bar. With seating. Fire pit with six chairs. Grill with propane attached.

✔️LAUNDRY ROOM- full-size washer. Two full-size operational dryers available to use. We provide cleaning supplies, full-size, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach.

✔️ GARAGE- one car garage available for use. The garage contains all of our pool/beach supplies. The garage also contains spare propane tank for the grill.

✔️BEACH GEAR- we provide eight beach chairs, beach cooler, pool/beach toys like blowups /Noodles, sand play toys. We provide beach towels, regular towels Umbrella

✔️BABY GEAR- we provide a pack and play and highchair free of charge. Available at the home at all times.

Absolutely lovely place! It was just a short drive to beaches with free parking, and the house itself had everything we could ask for. Plenty of towels, spices, and all of the little things that make it feel like home for the 4 nights we were there. Plus, the outdoor pool just made the trip all that more special. 100% recommend!

House was great, clean, able to have our pet there and a pool. Located within 15 min of multiple beaches. Sandra/owner communicated well and was helpful. Tons of towels, full kitchen worked out great!

Would Definitely Book Again!

This is an excellent property! Sandy has the house so well stocked for guests that you can come right in and not worry about lacking a thing. The home is clean and the beds are absolute comfort. At this property you are minutes from shopping, restaurants and multiple beaches. Sandy is a wonderful host with excellent (and quick) communication. I would highly recommend booking this property.

Sibling Couples Getaway

House was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool was heated and we loved relaxing there. Only concern was low pressure from the shower heads but we managed. Enjoyed our stay very much for a long weekend!

This home was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was the icing on the cake too. Sandra is great at communicating and resolving any issues, if there are any, very quickly and efficiently. A perfect location too!

A great house near the beach!

Stayed for 4 days to attend a Family event in town. The house is more spacious than it looks in the photos. Warm decor and comfortable seating. Fantastic host who was readily available if needed and communicated instructions and expectations clearly. Lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. A great property!

Great stay

The house was great. The losting is super detailed and accurate. Everything was clean, it is really close to the beach and tons of restaraunts and shops. They have loads of extras (shampoo,conditioner, detergent, a hair dryer and curling iron, beach chairs umbrellas and a cooler, etc.) 5/5 would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Comfortable

Pack your swim suit and toothbrush only because that’s all you’ll need. This rental was jam packed with anything you might need for a very comfortable stay. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. In a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very gracious . We will be back again

Bridal Party Weekend

We celebrated our bride to be this weekend in Seminole! A residential area but very close to the beach and restaurants. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything essential you need for your stay! The owner, Sandy was super attentive and very helpful with everything we needed! All in all, a great weekend getaway in a quaint and comfortable home!

Great location and house for a large group or family!

Great house, looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable and super clean. Pool is great and only 9 minute to IRB. A lot of restaurants and shops around. Owners are great and easy to communicate with during our stay. Would highly recommend!!! Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Perfection!

The house was super clean and we loved how it was decorated. Well stocked, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, TV's in every room! We enjoyed cards by the pool and the pups loved the fenced in yard. Perfect place to stay, highly recommend. Owners were great with communication and the bottle of wine was a nice surprise!

Family Wedding

The rental was perfect for our trip! It was very clean and had everything my family needed and more. The house is close to all the areas attractions and the neighborhood felt safe. The pool was very clean and warm. The owner is easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I would recommend this rental for anyone visiting the Tampa area.

Golf and baseball trip to Tampa

We had a group of 6 buddies all convene for a boys weekend in Tampa to play a round of golf and catch a baseball game. The house was awesome. Loved the space. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Having our own pool was great. Would definitely return to stay here.

Family Fun

This lovely home was SO close to my Florida family's home. It is also a stone's throw from all the Gulf Blvd beaches and eateries! The house lived up to the listing description-amenities were plentiful-especially all the beach items available for use (chairs, toys, coolers, floaties, etc.). Sandra was a great hostess, answering all my inquiries promptly. Thanks for a wonderful week!

WE loved it!

Sandra is an amazing host! When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a nice thank-you card -never received that before!! This home was well-stocked which was a nice surprise for us as we have rented other homes in the past that did not stock well at all. Lots of towels and the little things like detergent that lasted our entire month. It was just the two of us for most of our month-long stay, but the last week we had our daughter and son-in-law and their two sons, ages 3 and 6. They LOVED the heated pool!!! Sandra had life vests and water toys and for beach outings there were plenty of sand toys! This home is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked our Yorkie, Charlie, every day and he loved it as well. The neighbors are very nice! Lastly, the location is great, you are close by to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved and spent a lot of time at the nearby parks! We had a great trip and will rent from Sandra again!
