"Eggs: I would prefer scrambled eggs a bit creamier. Even though eggs, potatoes, and sausage on steam table, they needed to be warmer. Might need to check with food thermometer frequently. Would be nice if a stack of plates for eggs in a warmer to keep food hot on the plate. 2% milk for coffee marked, the other thermos needed to be marked if it was half and half, cream?"
