"Clean and convenient. However a booking reservation paid for 3 adults gave us a room with bedding for only 2. The inconvenience of having to make foreign calls and arrange to have supplies delivered which should have been present initially was frustrating. The space was clean and well kept otherwise."

No update or remote was received within 3 days of our stay, very disappointed. Other than that apartment is great."

"The location is ideal for exploring downtown Reykjavik. It´s located on a square called Hlemmur that is on the main shopping / walking street in downtown Reykjavik called Laugavegur. There are restaurants all around the apartment hotel and a supermarket across the street. There is also great burger place and a bar on the groundfloor. Everything was perfect, it´s brand new and clearly designed as more luxurious than I thought. I wished I had booked an apartment with ocean view and balcony. I...

"The hotel is great, but so hard to find. It was my 5th night in the city. If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. Its a little further from the total tourist trap of the main part...

The room was nice but when other people left or entered their room it was really loud as the sound would carry- to the point it sounded like they were accessing your room. "Awesome apartment. TV is ready to watch anything; heated floors in the bathroom; super comfy bed; lots of room; convenient to sites and shopping; and they stopped by every day to check on us. The ceramic convection burner was a little touchy and difficult to get just right. Practically perfect!"
