"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"

"What we say but Wow! Easy to find with street sign directions from Canary Wharf tube station, we’d called the number ahead to check which of their 2 buildings we needed to check in to, there was a short queue to wait our turn very busy with marathon the next day. but process very easy - we had an upgrade early check-in & late checkout thanks to Hotels.com VIP perks. We had a cozy studio with kitchenette, comfy double bed & en-suite walkin shower, bathroom, bath sheet sized towels & lovely scented cleansers etc. ALL looked brand new and impeccably clean. No food provided apart from tea & coffee but you buy limited supplies in lobby or the grocery store nearby. Espresso/coffee/tea/ hot chocolate/cold milk available from machine in the lounge our lounge was on top floor with rooftop terrace. Fabulous. We even watched part of the London marathon from that terrace. There’s also a gym but we didnt use it. We booked 2rooms as we were all attending a music event nearby. We are definitely planned a repeat stay!!! Loved it. "

"My first room was windowless and in the basement, which I might have tolerated except there were strong cooking smells from the hotel kitchen that crept into the room. The always-helpful staff moved me up the the sixth floor. From there on out the room was Premier Inn's usual high quality. Unfortunately, I found that the pay-in breakfast offering has declined a lot in the last two years. It's getting very limited, often cold and the breakfast room is very crowded."

"The hotel building is a wonderful sight and induces a good start to staying there. Alll amenities from reception, bedroom, lifts, restaurants and lounges are clean and of high standard befitting a stay in London. All staff were friendly and there was an "homeliness" about the hotel."
