We rented for 10 days and no one came to mow or cleaned up the outside of the property. Looked like it had not been mowed for a few weeks, very overgrown and just a mess."

The photos were very accurate, the property was well maintained, and the kitchen had everything we needed for food preparation and serving. The gathering areas worked perfectly for our needs, including comfortable furniture, and the views were beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Amazing, safe neighborhood. We had our small dog with us and enjoyed walking the area. Very dog friendly neighborhood. Walkable to Lowe's and Publix and several places to eat. The house is small but had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay."

"Property was nice and clean. Had arranged with host to check in by 1:00 but he/she did not send check in information. He finally arrived about 1:20 and asked us to wait a few minutes so he could fold some clothes. We were in a hurry because my grandson was graduating at UNCC at 3:00. When we got back to the property that night, we found out that we did not have any bath cloths. Thus the low rating on communication. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine."
