Loved this little tiny house. Had great amenities for such a little space: appreciated having the washer dryer so that I didn’t have to pack as many clothes. It was very clean when I arrived. Safe secure setting in a gated fenced yard with lots of trees and grass and birds to entertain my cat from the windowsill. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed 2 nights in the middle of the week and it was very quiet and easy to find. The pictures and description are accurate. Very clean. Local restaurants and coffee within a short walk. Would definitely stay again!
Had an amazing stay at this property! The tiny house was perfect and conveniently located. The hosts were excellent communicators, and the property was clean and in a safe area. The only downside was that coffee wasn’t provided, despite being mentioned in the listing. I also would have appreciated an early check-in, though I understand it wasn’t available.Overall, still a great stay!
This tiny house was super cute. The directions to the house and for check in were very detailed and easy to follow. The neighborhood was quiet and close to Optimist Hall, and lots of other good places to eat and shop. Definitely a great place to stay!
This was a perfect place for an overnight stay. It was quiet and comfortable. The directions seemed to be more complicated than it was. Because of the detailed instructions, the place was easy to find. Everything we needed was there and the property manager was very easy to communicate with.
I needed a place to stay for one night with my two small dogs and this fit the bill perfectly! It’s in a lovely neighborhood and was easy in and out for me. The decor was very nice and I wished I could have stayed a couple of extra days! I also accidentally left some medication and the owners were very prompt in responding to my communications and got it back to me. I highly recommend this lovely little place to stay.
The Tiny House was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured: very clean and cute and it was super convenient to visit our son in Plaza Midwood. Great spot if you have a dog as we walked through Cordelia Park each morning to grab a coffee in NODA. I would definitely return again next time we come to Charlotte.:)
Nice place and quiet, although the 'stove' is a small cooktop and if you're not driving, it's a 1/2 block on gravel to get to the tiny home. Not very convenient with a suite case.
I brought my 2 teenagers for a concert at The Underground. Since this was our first time in Charlotte, I was a little afraid to stay so close to the city . I’m very pleased I chose the “ tiny house” for our stay ! I felt it was cleaner than any hotel we would have stayed at . The neighborhood felt very safe and was pretty quiet ( other than the traffic noise that us country bumpkins are not used to. Ha ha . )
It only took us about 13 min to get back from the venue, and the drive was not filled with heavy traffic.
We were looking forward to eating at the optimist food hall but when we got there they were closed because they were redoing the floors . Looked like a neat place to visit and eat though.
We never did find the 24 hour bakery . When I googled the closest 2 were an 8-10 min drive and were all closed at 10pm, so maybe an address of said bakery would be helpful. Maybe that could be added with some other names and addresses and hung on the fridge ? Just a suggestion. Also a spare blanket for the 3rd person would be nice . Myself and 2 teens could not comfortably fit in a queen bed , so 1 took the couch. Thankfully I had brought a blanket from home .
We had zero complaints about our stay . I was so pleased walking into the tiny house because the AC felt so good after being out in the temps in the 90s with humidity you could feel when you took a breath.
Would definitely stay here again if we were to travel to Charlotte again.
Super cute little getaway for the night as a stop in between camping locations. Communication could not have been better. Super easy to access when following the instructions provided. Really appreciated the washer/dryer access, coffee maker. Would recommend to others.

My husband and our two dogs spent the night here on our drive from Florida to Pittsburgh. It was perfect. We arrived at 4:00 went on a beautiful walking trial with our dogs and made a couple stops at a wine/coffee bar for a some drinks and a restaurant to have dinner. Both places welcomed dogs, fun atmospheres and were tasty. Lots of walkable places to explore. The house was very clean and comfy. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!
Great location for jumping on the light rail and meeting up with friends around the town. Our host was super efficient and available for our every need.
