"The amenities were really lacking. The pool was closed. The game room was closed and when we asked that the games be turned on, they said they would do it but did not. The expensive breakfast was awful. While the towels in my room were replaced with clean ones the used k-pods in the room were not replaced. We had to wait on a long line to check in since there was only one person behind the desk working reception. The whole place just seems really run down."
