Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation after just one night due to this inconvenience. Despite not using the facilities for the remaining days, the hotel has not issued a refund. I hope they reconsider and process the refund for the unused nights."

"10 min walk to Zocalo. No dining facilities other than very few street vendors. Area around seems like old, closed businesses or homes. Hotel is beautifully renovated & staff are very friendly & helpful. Neighbourhood needs to be restored to make this hotel work. While great value for stay, next visit I would stay closer to Zocalo."

"The hotel was clean. Food in dining room was fine. Very poor lighting in the room- they need to add some lamps.. not able to read in the evenings. We had problems getting a taxi.. and on departure, there was no taxi available.. left us stranded with no solution.. staff had no solution. They also failed to give us our wake up call..luckily we had our own alarm on our phone.. when we went to check out at 5:30 am.. there was no overnight staff..just a doorman. Wouldn’t return."

"the room was super clean and the bathroom, very private pod with curtains that go all the way up , i suggest they put some paper towels in the restroom and a rug for when you get out of the shower i slip a few times not safe , but other than that perfect , The hosts are very attentive and sweet, "
