Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience. Marco Antonio Muniz

OK, las camas sumamente incomodas asi como las almohadas, simplemente no pudimos dormir casi nada, la otra es el aire condicionado, no enfria bien y eso que afuera estaba a 13° C pero se sentia mucho calor adentro del cuarto. Y lo último, un olor a pintura que la verdad era sumamente molesto y no dejaba tampoco dormir. Pero en limpieza, comida del desayuno y principalmente el personal sumamente excelente el personal, la comida bien!! solo las tortitas de carne no la pude cortar, pero a mi pareja si le toco muy bien, todo lo demas, contando el cafe, muy bien. El servicio de Parking tambien muy bien, en general todo muy bien, pero lo principal que es dormir, pesimo, fue mas que horrible, simplemente no pudimos dormir nada de nada
