Es la segunda vez que vamos, viajamos en pareja. El servicio es bueno y el personal amable. Al menos en esta temporada solo hay un restaurante funcionando, así que la oferta gastronómica es limitada. La alberca Soles antes era solamente para adultos y ahora se les permite acceso a familias con niños, lo cual no es ideal para quien pretende solo descansar. Las experiencias inmersivas son algo distinto a lo usual, Marco fue excelente como personal de ambientación y actividades inmersivas.

Spa , aceptable , no lo mejor , misma musica y repetitiva durante 80 minutos , y cuando menos el que tome de piedras calientes nada comparable con otros ya que este fue muy simple y poco completo

Es un lugar para ir a descansar y desconectarte de todo el caos, si vienes de la ciudad. Excelentes piezas de arte, y buenas dinámicas de inmersión. Además de que todo el personal siempre brindaba el mejor servicio y actitud.

El personal no ha recibido capacitación. El check in fue lento y tortuoso; nunca nos pudieron dar explicaciones útiles para poder disfrutar de todo lo que tiene el hotel. Nunca nos ofrecieron un mapa de las instalaciones es y, como no hay señalamientos, fue muy difícil descubrir todas las piscinas y otras facilidades.

Excentrico en medio de la nada, fatal servicio

Si lo tuyo es ir a un lugar psicodelico y excentrico, este es para ti, es un concepto raro en medio de la nada. Durante nuestra visita el personal fue poco flexible y empatico, el 31 de diciembre mi papa y hermano vinieron a comer al restaurante del hotel porque era mi cumpleaños (previamente pregunté en restaurante si estaba abierto al publico para comer a lo que dijeron que si) y cuando llegaron, simplemente les negaron la entrada que por estar muy ocupados con la cena de año nuevo. Los dejaron en la banqueta y les cerraron la reja... la verdad muy desagradable, pierden de vista quien es el cliente, habia restaurante para comer para huespedes pero no para externos... que diferencia podian ser atender a dos personas mas despues de haber manejado 40 minutos para llegar al pueblo perdido.. Yo no regreso. La cena de año nuevo desabrida

Un lugar para conocer al menos una vez en la vida

Hotel único, toda una experiencias hospedarse en un lugar que te transporta, no te imaginas algo así en una población pequeña. La zona del bar tiene una mesa de billar que complementa la experiencia. La comida muy buen, tradicional de la zona. Solo mejoraría el servicio de wifi en las habitaciones es lento e intermitente. Las habitaciones no tienen TV.
