My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Staff was courteous, food was good, and the location is perhaps one of the best in Puebla. Everything is within walking distance or a quick Uber/Lyft ride away! Highly recommend!

I had two rooms for my family at this location . Both are small and there were no windows. Very few rooms have a view of Zocalo. One of our rooms had an extreme buzzing noise from the AC unit . Everything about this hotel was uncomfortable

En general todo muy bien pero al reservar no decía que no tendría ventanas la habitación. Por lo mismo nunca me volveré a hospedar alli ni utilizaré expedia por falta de info. Con ese dato la relación precio calidad no fue buena. Faltan ganchos en el baño para colgar toallas y el lavabo del baño no es práctico. Al labarse uno la cara toda el agua se sale.

Hotel viejo, la primera noche con ruido por todas las ventanas a pesar de ser una habitación interna. La segunda noche nos cambiaron a una habitación mucho mejor, sin embargo, olía a cañería. La ubicación es excepcional, al lado de la Catedral. La atención también fue muy buena, sobretodo de quienes te reciben el auto y te llevan a la habitación. Revisando mi reserva, nunca nos dieron la botella de vino que habían mencionado.
