"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay."

"fantastic hotel and lovely stay, will return in the future"

"Walking distance to Expo center. Very friendly staff members. And very clean rooms. Walking distance to mall. Over all great experience"

"Amazing staff, great hospitality! Highly highly highly recommended:)"

"Hotel has no heat in hallways , super cold come out from gym"

"The hotel was very clean, and the gym was excellent. The staff at the hotel entrance were especially helpful and provided great service. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the metro, making it simple to get to Disney. The only issue that affected our stay was the shower water pressure, which was quite low and the water flow was very weak. Other than that, we had a very good experience."

"The check-in process was made easier with the friendly staff, Vicky. The apartment is very clean. Its location is very good."

"Club lounge was very pleasant and offered excellent food choices. Will definitely stay there again on future visits to Shanghai."

"Very good in a good neighborhood"

"Amazing hotel , I will stay again when returning to Shanghai. "

"Great place "

"Very good"

"Had a great stay! New hotel excellent service all round. Near to the new Shanghai Grand Opera House. Gigisel, the young lady at reception is very helpful and professional."

"New building which however check in counter is very small and process is slow. Room is spacious however shower is not flexible designed."

"Apartment was spacious, has everything needed for a family of four. floor was dusty and restroom has a bad odor... but everything else is perfect."

"This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded. That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund. So, I was double-charged. I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more. The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone. If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."

"Convenient location"

"They don’t clean the room if you stay more than one day and their pluming system seems too old with bad odor."
