The buffet breakfast was adequate, it wasn't amazing but exactly what we needed and nicely priced at €12. The bath was great, actual bath tub, and a good powerful shower. Ninth floor has a really nice roof terrace. The whole hotel has a really lovely boutique about it. There's no restaurant for dinner or spa or gym in the hotel but you're right on Gran Via, so it's perfect!"
