"Very comfortable rooms, good hot water service. Professionally cleaned rooms. Staff were welcoming and accomadating. The location is also close to beach and a short trip to Apollo Bay. Would recomend."

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I was able to park outside the room. The courtyard area was a bit dark but that's what cell phone flashlights are for! Reception was open when we checked in. Lady on reception was friendly. We left the room key in the box at reception when we left. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Location was close to main street which was easily walkable. There were no breakfast facilities at the hotel but we drove a few miles to the Kafe Koala in Kennett River a few miles away. Great tea and coffee with a small shop selling Australian momentous and tee shirts. I saw kangaroos near the cafe. "

"Loved the property, loved the view of the paddock and horses. Huge tv, nice and warm, comfy beds. Only thing was no kitchen sink. Had to wash dishes in bathroom. Overall a beautiful 1 night stay."

With self serve in the kitchen. The host careful when explaining how to use the toaster, making the hot water for the rea. And the location of the food items. The views of the ocean near the hotel was also just lovely."
