"The only thing bad was they didn’t have the room ready by 4 but they made that up when the deadbolt to the door didn’t work and they fixed it immediately also our safe malfunctioned and they fixed that immediately as well! Great service overall! Will be coming back Thank you"

"We stayed at Azure hotel at S. Lake Tahoe in early June and loved it very much. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. Although, you could say that the building itself wasn't new, but it was shiningly clean, which is always a must for me. Our room had a cosy balcony with a beautiful lake view, and the experience of having my morning teas there, while enjoying the misty lake view at sunrise was great."

"i would of liked for the room to have a microwave and just for the hotel to have breakfast i give the hotel overall a 8/10 but take 2 stars off for those reasons besides that the rooms and bathroom were very clean and so was the pool and jacuzzi"
