"This hotel was nice, and a good 15 walk from old Montreal. Unfortunately, my room had no hot water after I called maintenance three times and all they told me to do was to run the water and wait 30 minutes. The bedding was kind of disgusting as the sheets were too small for the queen bed so it would come off and you could see the mattress. What was really nice is that there was a connecting supermarket to the hotel and an additional food court. And a Starbucks."

"We did not have a pet. The breakfast was nice though without any hot dishes. The room felt old and the sound-proofing was inexistent. For each of the 2 nights we had people laughing loudly and slamming doors once at ~2am and once between 3 and 4am. Finally, it would be nice if the fan could be left at low (to cover sounds) but the heat worked at the same time. "

"My 4 month old baby, my sister and I stayed in this hotel. It was suppose to be a 3 night stay but ended up being a 1 night. This hotel is extremely dirty and the rooms smell of stale cigarette and mold. Our blankets had stains on them, mold on the window, our tub was broken. These reviews saying “you get what you pay for” are disgusting comments. No one pays for a stinky moldy HOTEL room. They refused to give me a refund which honestly was the least of my concerns. My baby actually got sick from this hotel, congestion and cough. Whatever you do DO NOT stay at this hotel especially if you’re travelling with a child. Pay a bit more and get a cleaner friendlier hotel. If you read the reviews on their actually website you’ll see what I mean. This hotel needs serious fixing and should be ashamed of what they are running. Do better. "

"Location was great…old hotel…had wifi issues…staff were very nice…vending machine wasn’t working…pkg around the corner was great and cheap for downtown Mtl. 48 hrs was 29$"
