"The room was clean and very spacious. Had mini kitchen which we appreciated. Don't think our room was cleaned daily, the dishes were cleaned and bins emptied one day and the next day the pillows were oddly thrown from the bed but the bed wasn't changed or made up? We only stayed 3 nights but thought this was rather strange. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the girl who checked us in (didn't get her name but she worked the back shift). Included breakfast was basic but enjoyable and you could pay extra for more choice. Gym was small but well equipped. Hotel was 2 minute walk from a bus station with easy access to the city centre. Overall enjoyable stay. "

"The hotel is right in the heart of Queen Street Mall, and everything you need is just a few minutes’ walk away — very convenient!You can park your car at the Uptown shopping complex or use the hotel’s valet parking. The staff are friendly and will park your car for you. Best of all, if you park at Uptown, the hotel offers a discount on the parking ticket.I loved the comfy bed, and having breakfast by the window at Lennard’s restaurant while looking out onto the street was a great way to start the day.I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency and will definitely be back!
