While the place is good if you are willing to wait 3 hours for to room to be ready after 25 min in line and 30 min wait for your car and 25 min for a towel, go ahead and book it, if you have other option scrool over We were extremely disappointed. They must replace their management "

"Room air wouldn’t go below 72 i was hot all night and we aren’t big people. The bed had a huge butt dip like someone broke the bed i had to keep digging myself out the hole all night. I just about slept on my husband head just to try to get comfortable for the one night we stayed. "

"The front desk staff was one of the rudest I've encountered! Check-in was a nightmare! The building was under construction, so you couldn't relax at the pool during the day. They were power washing, and dirty water flying everywhere. Pics were deceiving. Yes , pool would been nice if you could enjoyed it . Beach was our saver. "

"⭐ 0-Star Review – Maximum Impact (Updated) Title: Shockingly Poor Service – Completely Unacceptable for This Price Review: This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. Before arrival, we received written confirmation that the sofa would be prepared as a fully equipped additional bed, completely made and ready for use. Not only was it not prepared — it wasn’t even usable as a proper bed. Despite contacting the front desk, emailing, and calling repeatedly for five days, absolutely nothing was done. We were forced to share the king-size bed for the entire stay, which is unacceptable given what we paid. Basic necessities were handled in an equally absurd way. Even toilet paper had to be requested via email instead of being available at the front desk. Despite multiple requests, nothing was delivered. After days of asking for proper bedding, the only thing we received was a set of plain bed sheets hung on our door. No blanket, no pillows, nothing. We stayed for 10 days, and until today we have not received a single apology, explanation, or any form of compensation. This complete lack of accountability is exactly why I am leaving this review. For that huge amount per night,this level of service is outrageous. The management is unresponsive, unorganized, and clearly overwhelmed. Several other guests were also complaining during our stay, so the consistently high ratings are a mystery. I strongly advise against booking this place. "
