The Diane Oceanfront property is excellent place for vacation. The staff was very nice in attention, Mercy is exceptional person, hardworker, she explained me the advantages of the property and check in process was very rapid. The staff was great. When we had an issue they would be there almost immediately. The balcony was also great. 👍 It faced the ocean, right in the boardwalk so people watching was very entertaining. As for the “suite” by my taste it was not a suite at all. The units need a lot of work. The air conditioning units must be replaced. The bed mattresses also must be replaced. Some of the kitchen items were not the best so they were not used. We brought our own airfryer and keurig coffee maker, plus paper plates and cutlery. Trivago rates the facility high however I would challenge that when comparing with the margaritaville hotel just a few hundred yards down the boardwalk which trivago rates just slightly higher. All in all I doubt we would return.
