It has a retractable awning so you can have shade or sun. Fred, the owner, met us at the property and showed us around and introduced us to the neighbor. "Absolutely loved the property. It’s very clean, quiet and has wonderful clean air away from the city. The washer and dryer are such a great addition and a necessity when traveling. The host was amazing and the daily morning bread delivery was so super convenient. It’s only a short drive from Bamberg and conveniently located for all fun things to do in the region."

"This apartment was close to what we needed in Forchheim but yet a world away. The deck has a gorgeous view of the surrounding area and of the nearby hills. The apartment was clean and bright and the hosts were friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had everything we needed during our stay. Schöner Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf eine Felszinne und die Burg. Obwohl nur durch einen Hof von der Bundesstraße getrennt, trotzdem ruhig. Auto oder Fahrrad notwendig, weil der Ortsteil keine Versorgungsmöglichkeiten und nur sehr begrenzte Einkehrmöglichkeit bietet, und der Hauptort ca 5 km entfernt ist. Sehr schöne...

"Casa Beni is a nice, clean little apartment that worked out very well for me and my wife in our car tour of southern Germany. I'm not sure about bus and train access, but if you're traveling by car this is a quiet, comfortable spot that is easy to get to. Good location just outside of Bamberg, we were able to make day trips to Bayreuth, Nuremberg, and Wurzburg. Easy access to the autobahn, and there is a lightly used back road that furnishes quick access to REWA, Aldi, Woolworth and more....

"Schöne, saubere und vor allem riesige Wohnung. Bei unserem 3-Generationen-Urlaub hatten wir genug Platz für alle. Auch von der Lage her super, da man vieles innerhalb weniger Fahrminuten erreichen kann. Sollte es uns nochmals in die Gegend ziehen, werden wir die Wohnung definitiv ein weiteres Mal beziehen."

The property is just off the main road with it's own parking space which is nice. Check in and check out was super easy. The only complaint I might have is that there wasn't any shower gel provided - not fun on a Sunday evening when everything is shut! Other than that, would be happy to suggest to others."
