"The staff are very responsive and professional. They answered our message in the middle of the night. I would recommend staying here as it’s a perfect area right outside the city center. Tons of local shops to walk to and only one stop away from Shinjuku."

"This was a great space. Super clean, quiet, and only about 8 minutes from 2 different subway stations. The response was so fast from management with questions. My ONLY complaint was lack of space to place our large bags and to hang jackets/purses. "

"The Smile Hotel Asagaya was the first impression for my son and I, upon visiting Tokyo. The stay left a good impression. Though the rooms are small, the staff and accommodations are great. We enjoyed our time here."

"The room is too small and definitely not enough space for place 3 beds there. There is no any spec between each bed and Then it only has a very narrow hallway you even couldn’t open the languages. "

"The room was clean and decent sized. The staff was very friendly and helpful to two non Japanese speakers. The area is quiet and more of a business district, but it’s a very short walk to Shinjuku station and the surrounding fun areas. We were very happy with our stay. "
"AC operation satisfactory.. Room cleaning daily outstanding. A big shout out to house keeper from Nepal fort her positive, professional and friendly attitude! Namaste! Before checking out we asked for help from the front desk concerning Airporter luggage pick up. The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves. I felt that was an inappropriate comment. If one does not know how to help.. one should get someone else to help the customer instead of saying that! Please don't be too harsh on the person responsible. : )"
