Quaint bed and breakfast with friendly owners

Stayed here one night for a wedding. The owners seem to take care of everything including cooking breakfast for their guests. We don't stay at many B&Bs but this one was a pleasant, albeit brief, experience.

Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business.

Each room decor has a theme

We stayed at the Gateway Lodge B & B for one night, preparatory to attending our grandson's wedding. Our stay could not have been better. Staff members were attentive, but not intrusive. Each room (ours was the Amsterdam) has a theme from a city visited by the owners. We especially enjoyed the one we chanced to stay in because one of our son's married a Dutch women, and the room brought back fond memories of having celebrated with them in Holland.

Staff was very pleasant. Place was very very HOT!! Mattresses too hard. We all woke up with backaches. Breakfast was good but the creamers for the coffee was curdled. Tv in the room kept loosing cable connection therefore had to turn in really early. The room is way over priced for what you get. At almost $390 for one night, I expected way more comforts! I've paid less for 4 star hotels that were amazing.

Cozy Bed and Breakfast in the mountains

We had a wonderful Fall weekend stay. Atmosphere was welcoming and charming. Room was clean, quaint and the bathroom was roomy and modern. Breakfast was delicious. We had homemade potato pancakes! The host was accommodating as we had some delays. The grounds and views were spectacular. Lovely foliage.

We were visiting friends and needed a place to stay. Hard to find 1 night only and last minute in the summer, so this was it. I thought the rooms were clean. Breakfast was disappointing. Although the food was in hot plates, it was cold. Place looked run down but it was clean and beds were comfortable so it was fine for the night.

Very clean

This was a very nice place to stay. Our room was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in town for a wedding and this place was right around the corner, very convenient. The bacon at breakfast was amazing!
