"During our stay at the oleo all inclusive resort. We stayed on the 9th floor with a beautiful view of the lagoon and sea. The amenities were good, and the setting was gorgeous. The staff was amazing!!! Super sweet and always nice!! However, the food didn’t meet expectations—it was pretty bland. Overall, it was nice, but the dining experience could be improved. The spa was the best thing we experienced overall."

"This is by far the best all inclusive we've stayed at. We loved the contemporary styling of the room (ocean view king suite) and public spaces. The food in the specialty restaurants was outstanding for the most part. We took advantage of the Preferred Club and were not disappointed; the club pool and Olio restaurant were reserved for club members during the day, making it a nice haven from the louder lower pools and busy restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was worried by some of the negative reviews I had read but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. If I had to complain, the pools could have been cooler and there were some minor cosmetic maintenance issues, particularly around the preferred club pool. The food really was the big surprise. No reservations at the specialty restaurants were accepted so you could wait at peak times, but the quality, variety and presentation was superior by far too anything we've seen at an all inclusive. This really did have the feel of a higher end resort and we enjoyed every minute of our seven day stay."

"Loved everything about this resort! Had absolutely no complaints. 5 stars from the private transportation to the resort, our entire stay & back. Food & drinks were amazing, everything was clean, new & well maintained. The absolute best restaurant is Black Iron, make sure you book your reservation 2 weeks in advance for it. The tacos at the Copal taqueria are also amazing & if you have the pleasure to have Raymundo as your waiter he’s the sweetest, most attentive man ever. Your rooms will be clean twice a day and towels restocked regularly. Room service is truly 24/7 and will be at your room in 15 minutes. We traveled with our 13 & 3 year old & they also had a blast. Definitely a resort I’d visit yearly if I could!"

"This was a great hotel to stay at! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again in the future!"
