"The staff was very helpful and courteous. We had a group of six people with all of our ski gear (we were returning from the Sapporo area) and they were so helpful with collecting and storing all of our luggage. The room was nice - clean and functional and quiet - just what you want in a hotel room. The hotel also had a nice bar with a friendly and attentive staff there. The hotel is in the Ginza area of town with several local attraction within walking distance (Shimbashi station, the Tsukiji fish market, Akihabara Electric Town to name a few. So a good location to spend a couple of night in Tokyo! I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "
"This hotel was so nice and clean. And in a great location. My checked bag was lost on the way to Tokyo, and this hotel gave me pajamas, a toothbrush, and several other toiletries. Definitely a great experience! "
"Exceptional hotel and staff. Location is terrific, close to the Imperial Palace and steps to the heart of Ginza. Rooms are large for Tokyo and really well laid out. Our room had a large dressing area that was incredibly useful. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every one of our needs. Will stay at the Peninsula the next time we are in Tokyo "

"Hotel looks slightly different than what was advertised but it was still nice. The double bed room was very small which made luggage difficult. However, the temp and cleanliness was good. The location was good for tourism and taking the train. "
"Hotel was clean and for 4 people they provided 4 beds which is rare in Japan. Location had great views, was walkable to the fish market and to restaurants. Lounge on the top floor had great snacks and drinks until 8! Overall great base for exploring Tokyo. "
