"This house is perfect for a large group, and I would immediately recommend it to anyone with that amount of people to entertain. We spent a weekend there with 20 friends and couldn't have had a better time. The place is huge, clean, tons of entertainment options (the theater room in particular was a huge hit - there's also a good pool table, arcade games, poker, TVs everywhere, and more...something for everyone and all ages). There's a giant covered porch for everyone to hang out and enjoy the mountain weather. It was easy to get to from Atlanta, and has more than enough parking for the amount of people staying there (I was worried as tons of people had to drive in separately, but as soon as I got there those worries evaporated). It's perfect for cooking and eating - big kitchens, multiple fridges/dishwashers, two huge dining tables, and everything is well-equipped and labeled (example: there is a specific drawer for the immersion blender).The host is A, as well - very clear instructions, procedures, and communication, and was always very quick to respond. Clean-up asks were perfectly normal (towels in laundry room, trash in bins, etc) - nothing to grumble about here.Just a perfect place for giving a bunch of old friends a weekend together full of good times. If you have a large group, this place should be at the top of the list."
