(Cabin is approx. 40 yards from the river & you have full access to the common area which consist of the River, River bank & swimming hole).Relax in the back porch swing while watching the sun disappear behind the mountains & star gazing at night. 1 bedroom with lodge furnishings, Master bedroom has king size bed, bath has a large walk in shower (No Tub). Modern appliances, linen's furnished, kitchen utensil's, regular coffee maker, blender, large porch with rockers & swing, charcoal grill & fire ring. Smart Tv , STREAMING ONLY.

Beautiful, scenic, peaceful getaway!

The cabin was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the furniture was very comfortable. The back porch with the mountain view and sound of the river was just perfect for relaxing. Centrally located to several waterfalls, and scenic areas to visit. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay and will keep The Bear Claw Cabin on our list of favorite places to stay in Blairsville! Very cozy and perfect for a couple just wanting to getaway! Nice and quiet! The scenery out back wasn't bad either...very large mountain!

The PERFECT little cabin!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin is perfectly laid out, spotless and cozy! The king size bed was so comfy and the sheets were buttery soft! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook 2 full meals. The setting is peaceful, and the owners were very quick to respond. Would stay here again for sure!

Perfect weekend getaway

If you want the perfect location for peace and tranquility you'll have it here! We wanted to visit Helen, Blairsville and Dahlonega and did not want to stay in town. This cabin was the perfect place to come home to after long days of touring the towns. The bed was amazingly comfortable !!

Great Little Place

This little cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway! The location is excellent…only 15 minutes or so to Blairsville, and in great proximity to a choice of state parks for hiking, fishing, etc. It was a quiet area, but felt safe and secure. Super clean, everything we needed was there - the coffee pot does take cone-shaped filters rather than the basket ones that are there, but they worked ok, so even that wasn’t an issue. This will definitely be a top choice for future weekends away!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bear Claw Cabin! The cabin was clean and bigger than it appeared in pictures. The swing on the back porch was so peaceful and quiet. The stream is just a short walk past a couple of other cabins. We highly recommended staying here!

The Bear Claw cabin was as advertised. It was clean, homey, and the host provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our visits to nearby Helen, Blairsville, Anna Ruby Falls, and Brasstown Bald (the view at the top is worth the hike!).

Mountain getaway

We have stayed in this cabin before and loved it. There have been a new shower put in which was very nice. Nice linens,bed so comfy and love the fireplace. There were some lady bugs inside. We always love the area and the cabin! We will be back!
