Just fifteen minutes from Blue Ridge, GA, Grand View Cabin is sitting at 2,100 ft. with an extraordinary 90-degree year-round view of the majestic landscape and 4,100 ft. peaks of Rich Mountain wilderness. There are none better. Similar cabins are priced 20 percent above our cabin.
This warm and inviting mountain cabin offers the opportunity for you to let all your cares wash away whether it be for a romantic get-away, a wonderful family experience, or a time with friends. Enjoy the warmth of the indoor woodburning fireplace. Know that, as owners, we stress the importance of meticulous cleaning with our excellent team.
The road to the cabin is paved all the way to our doorstep making easy access in any vehicle. Our cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, family room with a "smart" TV with cable and high-speed Wi-Fi as well as excellent cell phone coverage, two bedrooms with queen size beds and an additional bonus loft that sleeps one. Step outside onto the oversized deck with plenty of sitting area, grill a steak, or relax and stargaze in the warmth of the wonderful hot tub.

While you are here don't miss the incredible outdoor experiences, browsing and shopping in Blue Ridge or Ellijay just minutes away, or enjoy some of the finest dining experiences in the south.

Hiking is at your backdoor as the Benton McKaye Trail, a feeder trail for the Appalachian Trail, literally runs throughout community. Enjoy fishing in the community on one of its many small lakes. Within twenty-five minutes you can enjoy the outdoor experiences within the Aska Adventure Area including hiking, waterfalls, and tubing. If you enjoy lakes, don't miss Blue Ridge Lake moments away. If you are in for a hardy rafting experience, the Ocoee is less than an hour.
For those with a bit more tranquil desire, take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway to Copperhill, TN, play putt-putt, mosey through the shops of Blue Ridge or Ellijay, take a helicopter ride, or picnic. Don't miss out on one of the many BBQ restaurants, the fudge or ice cream.

For those on a romantic get-away, after relaxing at the cabin, head into downtown Blue Ridge and enjoy the fine dining at Harvest on Main or the Black Sheep or enjoy many wineries as you roam the beautiful north GA mountains.

Each of the cabins that we own and manage (three) sit adjacent to one another in Cherry Log, GA, just fifteen minutes south of Blue Ridge, GA. Each cabin sits on about an acre of land with plenty of privacy. These investments were made to provide our guests with the best experience possible as they enjoy the beauty of the North GA Mountains and the surrounding area. This well-appointed cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was impeccably clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, and amazing views. Centrally located, it was a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge with nice shops and great dining. We had a fantastic visit and would definitely stay again.

Honeymooners

Lovely Cabin

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was quiet and the view was lovely. Cabin was cozy and well provisioned. Our Golden Retriever loved the porch that opens up to an enclosed dog yard for potty breaks when we went in to town. Wouldn’t change a thing!

Rest and renewal in the mountains

We needed a mountain place near Atlanta for an extended weekend following a 3 day conference in Atlanta. Property was perfect. Secluded. Sweet view of the mountains. Close to hiking for nature bathing. Hot tub to soak in. Close to town. We would definitely choose this property again!

Wonderful stay, cabin has a wonderful view. The dinette is a great place to enjoy the view while having breakfast. We saw the sunrise (7:45am since it was winter). We're lucky to have 2 clear nights where we enjoyed gazing at the stars and planets from the hot tub.

it really is a grand view

the cabin and experience exceeded our expectations. beautiful view and located actually up the mountain. bring a car with 4 wheel drive if you have one (super steep roads), but still manageable with a normal car. enjoyed our stay and the cabin was equipped with anything you might want to make your stay comfortable. friendly host and a great place to book a getaway, highly recommend

A grand honeymoon at the grand view.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at this cabin for our honeymoon. The weather wasn’t the greatest until our last day but the coziness of The Grand View made us not even care. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The views are fantastic and the pictures, as pretty as they are do not do them justice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a nice get away. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice cabin, great view

We enjoyed our stay! The porch was lovely- amazing mountain views! Inside the cabin was nice, my only complaint is that the “master” bedroom (the one behind the kitchen wall with the bathroom that has the tub) really really needs a new mattress with some support. It sinks completely in the middle on the side closest to the door. But overall we had a great time and it was a very nice stay!

Cozy cabin with great view

We had a great experience. Cabin was cute and cozy with a great porch and fantastic views. Owner was super responsive when we encountered a problem the first night. Planning your trips to surrounding sites and activities is important as getting up and down the mountain takes some time but then you are on top of a mountain and that can't be beat.

Beautiful, Secluded, and Serene

As they say in real estate- location, location, location! The view of the mountains from the front porch and the huge open windows in the kitchen and living room is beyond comparison! Plus this cabin was extremely clean, had everything you might need, and the owner was extremely responsive and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about my stay.

Great Week of rest

Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the mountains and sky. Hot tub was nice to relax. We did see a bear and fox down in the woods looking over the deck. We did 29 miles of hiking in the state parks and Appalachian trail. Visited Elijay, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, McKaysville and Copper Hill. Loved the Pink Pig BBQ and Cajun Depot near by. Owner was receptive and the reservation was perfect. Thank You for having us.

Beautiful!

What a view! This cabin is our new favorite place to stay in Blue Ridge! The road up the mountain can be steep, but it is paved and well maintained and absolutely worth it! We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and having dinner in the awesome dining area with floor to ceiling windows. Thank you Matt, for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Great Escape!

This is a great place to get away and disconnect for a bit. The roads are rough if you aren’t used to driving up and down mountains, so be careful! Overall, we had a blast!
