"Not great. Check in staff were ok, although manager was not there so my check in was stressfull. Hotels.com said the hotel made the decisions regarding check-in. I had been driving 12 hours & maybe it was my mistake, but literally 5 mins after check In I discovered I was checked in the next week. After trying to remedy this I was told the manager would be there the next day. Haha. I checked in to a stained curtain & blah breakfast to be kind. Swimming was not an option, after hoping. After multiple emails, I was told by the hotel they would not allow any exceptions (even 1 minute) to the check in process. Several days go by by & no answer. This hotel was dissapointing in so many ways. "

"Staff was great. We checked in at 1am and they were still so nice. Only downside is when we got off the elevator, we were hit immediately in the face with the smell of marijuana. Additionally, the show had zero hot water in it. The sink water was hot, oddly enough. The property itself is stunning. "

"I stayed in this hotel because i had a conference in the morning and it was very near from my conference center. I read pretty good reviews about the cleanliness so i thought it should be fine for one night but, the reality was different atleast to me. The floors were very sticky. Secondly, there was a loud noise coming from other room the whole night to the point i got scared and couldn’t sleep. I could hear everything they were talking, fighting etc. I have no idea how many people were staying in that room but some were banging the door, running in the hallway, playing loud music the whole night, fighting. I couldn’t do anything because i was so scared to even call and complain since I believed they could hear everything i talk as i did theirs. I just prayed and waited till morning so i can get out from that horrible place. Later, in the morning I explained everything to my fiancée and he called that hotel and explained how my night went but they hung up saying “i dont care, “you can do whatever you want”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as per my experience. If you’re looking something peaceful, clean and good environment i suggest you all to not walk away but Runnnnn from this place."
