Honest little motel. Nothing great but with the location being downtown Helen, it was great. Staff excellent, breakfast was outstanding. Downside as a guest paying 5.00 a day/night for parking.

Breakfast was fresh and the staff was really nice. Best of all clean rooms and the smell of cleanliness when you enter the room it's a big plus. Parking was safe even though there was a $5 parking fee from a debit card on file being there was no deposit as the rest of the hotels in town have 50 to $100 deposit which is returnable but still makes a lot easier when you don't have a lot of funds and you want to have a lot of fun. Recommended stay again every time I come I'll go there thanks had a wonderful trip

Really clean rooms and well kept property. I stayed only one night since I was on my way home from Chattanooga where I had a really bad experience with my hotel there. But this hotel was a reward for my previous experience. Definitely I will stay here next time.
