"Clean room, comfortable bed, easy check in and out. A short walk to downtown Helen. The parking lot is well lit. Breakfast is sausage biscuits, cereal and fruit. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The service was superb and personal. We were greeted and given a tour upon arrival. The castle is amazingly kept and continuously being improved and added on to. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Just far enough from town to avoid the chaos, but close enough to be there in a few minutes. The bed was comfortable, and shower looked newly renovated. Breakfast with Bob (the architect of the castle) was a highlight. "

"The cabin was secluded but also just a short drive to town. The river is so peaceful. The perfect spot for morning coffee! The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets avaliable. My kids throughly enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Lovely cabin right on the river. Our family of 5 and my father enjoyed our stay. We fished, enjoyed the porch, the cozy cabin and loved the campfire pit. The cabin was well stocked with new quality cookware and utensils. The cabin was clean and have comfortable beds and bedding. Amanda the host was responsive and available if needed. The cabin was easy to get to and less than a 2 mile drive to downtown Helen. "

"First let’s talk about how nice they were at the front desk, Kayla figured out a credit card issue for us and was very patient. The property was in a perfect area to be able to walk to all The Oktoberfest Festivities, love the swings by the river, super relaxing. Loved the quick breakfast options to grab on your way out for the day especially the lemon loaf and waffles in a bag. The property could be updated a bit and it would be nice if the curtains could block all the walkway light, and if the bathroom and toilet wasn’t such a tight area. But overall, it was a great stay for the price, I will definitely be back!"

"We loved everything about this location. It could use a larger TV downstairs, hotels don't have 19" tv anymore. There is a steep hill to walk down to take the path to downtown, not advisable for seniors. But you can park at the bottom by the path of you don't want to walk up the very steep hill. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything for a perfect weekend away"
