Find a Great Motel Hartsdale

"Sheraton really disappointed me. While I understand that rooms are not always ready when you arrive, to charge guests to hold their bags $6 per item is nothing but a cash grab. Then on top of that, they refused to provide even an hour for a later checkout resulting in us conveniently needing to leave our luggage with them again for a fee and more money for them. It’s a disgusting practice I have never seen before. I grew up with parents in the then Starwood chain and it’s really sad to see this brand of hotels turn into this."

"Staff is so nice and extremely helpful. Only complaint was the construction on the building across the street…they should not be allowed to start before 8am. Staff made up for it though! We’ll see you next month Ameritania!"
