"The room was clean and staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of power points (in the family room) for my husband to use his CPAP machine. However, staff provided us with an extension cord so it wasn't a big deal."

"My only suggestion is that when you clean the aprtment, son't switch all the lights on and the air-con as it's a total waste of power. "

"I had an excellent stay at the Ibis Hotel in Wentworthville. From the moment I arrived, the whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The reception staff were genuinely friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed, which really made the stay even better. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic, and everything throughout my stay exceeded expectations. It’s rare to stay somewhere where you can honestly say you only have positive things to say, but this was definitely one of those experiences. A big thank you to all the staff for making the stay so enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Wentworthville."

"Thee staff were lovely friendly and professional.the room was beautiful very clean and well stocked We used the free pass for the aquatic centre . Played ten pin bowling and really enjoyed the Rory hill club for beautiful meals The perfect location for seeing our concert at the coliseum"

"Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning"

" Clean room "

"Traveling with a service dog, I was denied entry by the receptionist. Would not accept that my dog was entitled to access even though I produced the service dog identification.I explained the motel was liable for a for a $10,000 fine, and had to threaten to call the police. Finally she called the manager, who thankfully sorted things out. Was not a good experience for a suffer of PTSD. When loading the car to depart at 6 am, i was locked out, as was another guest. There is no access to the rooms from outside until 7am. After a wait of approx 45 minutes another guest was leaving and I was able to get back in . I will not be staying at Ibis again."
