"Lovely stay, with fab spa facilities and amazing breakfast. Only negatives were the room was sparsely decorated and a bit sterile (perfectly clean and wonderful bed/bathroom) and a humming sound through the night which was possibly coming from a boiler next door. Would definitely stay again"
"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.

"Lovely property in a perfect location for walking to both Padstow and Constantine Bay. Trevone Bay is beautiful and we both thoroughly enjoyed walking down for a dip after enjoying some lovely days out and about. Padstow in September was lovely and there are so many other places to explore within a short drive we could quite easily have filled several more days. The cottage was warm and comfortable and everything we needed was there. "

Staff were very friendly and helpful .
The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted.
Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields.
We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the Beachside Café and listen to some local live music.
