"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.
Other than the noise and parking, everything else was...

"A very enjoyable overnight stay in an estuary view room. The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough to help.
I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. "

"We were met by Pinka who checked us in, she was informative and had a lovely manner.
Info given about the hotel, breakfast times etc.
Our room was just a standard but plenty big enough, large comfy bed and had an estuary view
We only ate continental breakfast at the hotel which was more than enough
Luck to find parking in the hotel car park on each of the days we stayed here
Loved Padstow out of season will hopefully return"

"Friendly family run hotel. Perhaps a little dated but the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. And a decent shower
Staff were very friendly and helpful .
The hotel is just a five minute walk across fields from Trevone beach and coast path so ideally located for what we wanted.
Padstow is walkable. We took the longer coastal route, 6 to 8 miles depending which path you take. Coming back, we took the shorter 2 mile-route across the fields.
We stayed in Trevone for the evening to eat at the Beachside Café and listen to some local live music.
A very enjoyable stay.

"Absolutely amazing place to stay for a few nights. The cottage was perfectly sized for our family of 5, loved the out side space and the fabulous view of the beach. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. We will be going back!"
