"I know we were there during a tremendous heat wave but the a/c in our room didn’t work well and our room was facing the sunny side of the hotel so we baked in a dark room. Other than that the location was great across from the Shinigawa station. Breakfast was good. Very lively, international crowd at this hotel with lots to do for kiddos. Has a pool, aquarium and dolphin show on site."
