I appreciated the high quality bed and bed sheets that made my stay so comfortable. The location was great, in the heart of Hanoi, perfect for walking and exploring the old city. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after hot days exploring the city, and breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The cheerful staff at breakfast truly helped start each day on a positive note. This hotel is an absolute gem. We couldn’t fault a single thing—everything was on point. "Very spacious room in the heart of the Old Quarter easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf. The front desk staff recommended some fabulous street food venues and restaurants & coffee shops - all of them so good."
