We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean and well-equipped. Kitchenette was a nice to have, along with the washing machine. Great value for the price and lots of stuff within walking distance. Good for short or longer term stays.

VNA Hotel

On this trip to Vietnam the VNA was one of the best apartments we stayed in. Staff were super friendly and efficient organising our taxi's and transfers. Large comfortable rooms close to restaurants and lake.

We stayed at the VNAHomes apartment for three weeks in May and it was amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and the service provided is well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this property to other travelers.

The apartment was not as fancy as I initially thought but it still had everything we needed and had very nice beds and showers. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful and responsive-they made sure we always had everything we needed. I would totally stay here again if I returned to Hanoi

the service was good and they deliver breakfast sandwiches to your door but the bed is not very comfortable and there’s no where to put shower gel in the shower besides the floor, we dropped the soap dispenser in the shower and the glass went everywhere and we had to pay for it. kind of annoying.

This hotel is located a little far from center of hanoi city, but there is many café located near west lake. And more than that, the all staff is greatly kindness. I was impressed by the staff.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and with plenty of natural light. It is located one block from the largest lake in Hanoi, which is lined up with cafes and restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and much calmer than the Old Quarter. Additionally, the service personnel was always kind and helpful. I will certainly stay there in my next trip to Hanoi.

The staff was amazing here and they were so communicative. Although it was super loud location, u get a cafe right downstairs and 30min grab into old quarter. The breakfast isnt that good so i would just get food elsewhere tbh the meat in the pho was rotten tasting so after that i did not eat their breakfast. Overall the staff is really sweet and the location is nice

I found some problems in my room right after check in. A little bit depressed. I took photos and shared them with hotel. Wow! Amasing follow up. I felt hotel is serious with the complaints from the guests. When i check out, i delivered my thanks to the hotel. VnaHomes is Hanoi itself to me. Lovely smiles of the hotel staff are another beauty. We really enjoyed our stay here, and actually ended up extending it because we were so comfortable. We loved that it was so central, and a quick walk to the water. The room was spacious, the staff were so kind and incredibly helpful, and the kitchenette was perfect. Definitely worth the price, if not more.

The property was great. It was a great space, clean, and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the area was not good for tourists. There is not much to see in the area, no shops, lots of cafes but they don’t seem to serve food. There are quite a few seafood restaurants out on the busy main road by the lake, but limited English by the locals in this area so ordering is difficult, and options other than seafood are very limited.

The reception was acceptable. The front desk personnel were friendly. The hot water took a while to flow; the knobs were not label, therefore, it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The breakfast was quite unacceptable. The vendor that catered to the hotel was unfriendly and the menu was very limited as well. The check out time was 12:00 noon; however, the housekeeping staff sort of pushed and rushed the tenants out of the room. This is why the rating for this location earned only 4 stars.
