Gute Verdunkelung und schallisolierte Fenster, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören war; allerdings über dem Studio ging es zeitweise recht polternd zu. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und bietet außergewöhnlichen Komfort.
