of 4 adults,(parents and grown up sons). Stayed 12th-14th December 2023. Had 2 rooms. Had to walk through one to get to the other, which was the main bedroom, with ensuite shower room and toilet. Queen size bed. Interestingly enough, the first room, on entering, was more of a kitchenette, dining room and lounge, with a double pull out bed settee. It had a full size cooker, a fridge, a microwave and all plates, cutlery and utilities. It was therefore capable of being self...

"The other nui hotels I have been staying at have Chrome cast, this one dont. When you dont understand german u cant ude the television. Breakfast was nice and hotel clean. "

"The whole time we were there we never saw anyone, except the cleaning lady on the last day while we were leaving… when we checked in we had to talk ti someone in the intercom, that told us the combination to a key box that had our hotel entrance key and room key. It was a self-service hotel? Other than that the room was nice, clean, comfortable, but it was just strange to never see any employees…"

"Stayed one night, bed was uncomfortable. Nice bathroome and nice big room with sofas. The hotel staff was wery friendly. Location is very central and its easy to walk to nearest U/S-bahn - Berlin Tor, and to get around in Hamburg."

The location was fabulous, we walked everywhere but had easy access to the underground trains - especially good as we were on the line that took us directly from the airport within 30 minutes. Great service at breakfast, very helpful reception staff. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. "Very nice hotel with a small childen’s play area, nice staff, cosy bar, and a nice restaurant with children’s menu. Plus u-bahn right outside the lobby. Can really recommend a stay there."
