"Hotel is perfectly located for a stay in Nuremberg, just inside the city walls and a short walk from railway station. Staff were lovely and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast was fabulous and very reasonably priced and you can have a take out picnic if required. Plates and cutlery provided for DiY refreshments. We walked to castle and around the sites, all within easy reach for two 50+ sisters! We even found a lovely open air swim spot about 20 mins walk outside of walls. We'll be back...

"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and...
